01The controller
The data controller is Bánhiday Beach Kft. (seat: 8172 Balatonakarattya, Sirály utca 47., Hungary; tax number: 32014404-2-19; e-mail: hello@banhidaybeach.hu). The Company is not required to appoint a data protection officer.
02What data we process
We process personal data if you contact us or enter into a contract:
- Answering an enquiry — name, e-mail address, content of the message. Legal basis: consent.
- Preparing and performing a contract — name, contact details, billing data. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Invoicing and bookkeeping — the data on the invoice. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- Operating and securing the website — technical logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
03What we do not process
There is no user account, no newsletter sign-up and no online payment on this site. We use no advertising or profiling trackers, and we do not pass personal data to third parties other than the processors listed below.
04Retention
Enquiries are kept for one year from the close of the correspondence, contract data for five years from the end of the contract, and invoicing data for eight years under accounting rules. Technical logs are kept for at most twelve months.

- Invoicing system: Számlázz.hu

06Fonts
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so the browser connects to Google servers, which may then learn the IP address.
07Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data, may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and may request data portability. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Requests may be sent to hello@banhidaybeach.hu; we respond within 30 days.
08Remedies
A complaint may be lodged with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), or you may turn to the competent court.
